★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a look 5x for a vehicle as was hoping to buy a brand new one locally. Unfortunately no one came out of the building to assist me. This was very disappointing service. The office lady had her back to me at her desk so was unlikely to see me. If you don't go out to see the customers, you may not get a sale. We got a lovely new vehicle in dunedin as a result of this very poor service and were very impressed with their customer service. Balclutha's loss.
