★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last three times our van has been in for a service Manawatu Nissan have forgotten to do something they agreed to do.
Today they were supposed to do a warrent and a service. Only did the warranty. Refused to give a curtisy car and took the best part of a day.
So we loose an entire day stuck in town with no car and still have to rebook again to get the service done. We could have just driven through a vtnz and been done with it. Thanks for taking a day away and not caring at all??
