★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to make a big shout out to Sandra, the Manager at Ballantynes Fashion Central in New Lynn. I have been a customer at New Lynn BFC for well over 10 years and Sandra and her staff have always been amazing. I moved up to Mangawhai 8 months ago and when I was in Auckland the other week I found a few items that were not in store in my size. As per usual, nothing was too much trouble, Sandra ordered the garments and then was super great organising the after pay and the shipping of them up to me. I will always go out of my way to shop at BFC New Lynn for the service alone! Thanks Sandra, I may have moved away but you'll never lose me as a customer!
