★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, i went to the Fragrance counter on a Sunday and the two workers just stared and continued to gossip and follow me around the perfumes. One of the ladys working at the till was so rude and snappy, she occupied herself with doing other tasks when she was meant to be processing my sale. Inconsiderate and awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very fond memories of farmers my mother used to take me there to the city and there I think that farmers was on Hobson Street so have great memories of playing on the roof and having apricot pie farmers New Lynn is a great store with quite a few bargains I had to shop and buy my little granddaughter a couple of items and I got the first for full price in the next half so that was a bargain it's a great place I shop there all the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a $20 voucher from past purchases but when trying to use it to buy a pair of socks at $19.99 not allowed, even after I offered to donate the $0.01 to make it $20. One has to spend exactly or over that amount to qualify to use that voucher. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I did ask nicely why the makeup department was not tidy ,there was spilt foundation, I never ever seen tardiness at a farmers before so to the girls , behind the cashier counter, they said it was due to the customers making the mess , I'd say to them go clean it up , don't just pass the buck , local guides in the area , , then to be told that there's no testers to use in more expensive majeup divisions, its always been where the girls are there to help you test there Mac ,Elizabeth arden products , not one was interested in helping , no one greets you at all , you could just wondr around willy nilly and see no customer service at all , farmers standard was to meet great and help you if you needed it , instead I was advised no we don't do testers , so how do the custom get to try the product then , ok so what do you do , communicate with one another while your customer walks out very disappointed in the entire shopping experience . I think you need to make up the make up department, pretty sure the store would sell more ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always liked Farmers, and like most Retail outlets you can pick and choose the day and outlet Location to get the best deal. Shop around, seasons dictate stock changes, get to know when the sales are likely to start. Buy when needed and not just because you happen to be there. If you can go a week to decide then you probably don't need it.
