★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mobile banking is a joke. It never opens and even if it opens it won't let us do any of the functions... This is the same case with the internet banking. I had complained many time but till now I have not seen any difference. Thought when an Indian institution starts its business abroad there will be difference but it's the same as in India. This is sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a iOS user and more of techie guy who tried to do banking thru net, this is not a bank for you, most of times, the internet banking doesn't work, even no iOS banking app. If you have lots of time to visit bank for smaller things go ahead. otherwise a BIG NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously wouldn't recommend this bank service to anyone who is living in 21 century era. Poor management in terms of communication. I pretty sure they haven't been told to use manners words like please, sorry, hold a min etc. Cannot wait to withdraw my money and invest that in local NZ bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst banks to deal with in New Zealand. To merely close an account in these unprecedented times of Covid-19 they won't accept electronic signatures. Poor customer service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Indian service available at this bank, walk into this bank and walk into another bank in NZ and you can literally see the difference. Walking into BoB is just like walking into any other bank in India. Poor service, poor communication, poor internet banking and mobile banking, everything is sort of half baked. I'm just sticking to this bank JUST to send money to India which is the only thing that's happening and that's why gave it 2 stars otherwise utter waste.
