β β β β β I spent 30 minutes filling out the application forms to join your bank several weeks ago and never heard back. I attached all of the required ID forms. All I wanted was to switch my KiwiSaver to a NZ bank. I don't see why that has to be so difficult. Why is it so easy to join an Australian bank and impossible to join a NZ bank?

β β β β β This is the first time to deal with TSB. The TSB stuff really don't respond to you proactively. After you submit the application, there is no any update. And I never receive any response proactively and they also don't tell you how long it will take. Also for the application documents, TSB stuff don't have the right experience or knowledge to check it before submitting to higher level to get approval, it takes ages to back and forth. I am wondering for this kind of bank nowadays, would TSB consider to improve their services? And to be honest, this is the worst bank service I had in New Zealand or all the bank services I had. If you have serious service, really don't want to recommend you go with TSB.
