★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my haircut at this barbershop a couple weeks ago by who i presume is the manager of the store, I think his name was Devon or something. I've never thought I'd need to leave a review for places, but in this case I think it is needed. It was possibly the worst experience of my life. Not only was the haircut rushed and, for lack of a better word - butchered. I am not saying this barber was lacking skill, but maybe if he spent more time focusing on the haircut and customer service and less on talking about himself (did not ask me one question!). I've been coming to this franchise for a long time, but this was my first time at this store and cut by this barber. I usually go to Takapuna, and for the sake of my appearance, I will only go there.
Very disappointed.
