★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorna & Mark have to be the best real estate agents we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped us buy our dream home! Even though the area we were buying in was not Lorna or Marks typical area they work in, Lorna & Mark were constantly giving us advice and always going that extra mile by coming out to our area and taking us to several private open homes. They were always available to answer any questions and I was constantly texting & asking questions all the time haha. Mark and his building knowledge was extremely valuable, saving us on quite a few occasions from purchasing probably not quite the right home for us. Lorna also helped us with the auction buying process being there on the day to which we are forever grateful for. Lorna & Marks insight was extremely valuable to us and we couldn’t have got the home of our dreams without them & their support throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them as agents to anyone we know looking to buy or sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and three others applied for a property through Abbey Pickering, property manager, at this branch. She never once responded to a text message or email. The only time I (or any of the other applicants) could get ahold of her was by calling off a phone number she had never been contacted on before because she would screen our calls. After three weeks we asked for another update (and finally got ahold of her) she informed us the owners were still making their decision and we were still in the running. That very day the price of the property dropped, obviously the owners were looking for a different type of applicant, which is fine but I would have liked that to be communicated to us. It is hard enough to find housing in Auckland, a little communication goes a long way. I don't usually leave bad reviews but her total lack of communication and professionalism was astounding. We found out through email 6 weeks later that our application was not successful, even though we wouldn't take it at this point if she was the property manager anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried so hard to make contact with the rental devision urgently over Xmas I left emails and phone messages eventually they made contact after I had called their Otahuhu office, so much drama.
I was so worried because the interior walls are bowed in the rumpus
Dry rot is possible in the studs. I mentioned this problem earlier during August 2021. Now it's January 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Munish and Shveta have become our go-to team each time we have bought or sold property over the last few years. So far everything they predicted happened exactly as they said. Their grasp of the market is uncanny and they are simply the best in this game. But they are also a very humble and kind couple. Not pushy at all and will listen to you. Exactly the package you need when you are dealing with the stress of selling/buying your dream home. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

We have had bought and sold several properties in the past. Tony Xu is the best agent we have ever worked with. He and Shirley have wealth of knowledge of the market and broad client base. They are great communicators, listened to our needs and gave us practical/useful feedbacks, supported us to choose the most effective marketing strategies and worked with our tenants.
The process of selling our rental property was an entirely stress free one. They provided frequent updates and liaised with the tenants and buyers in professional manners which achieved a quick and satisfactory sale.
They also extended their support with the post sale's work such as arranging with trades people to complete a few repairs, assisting the tenants clearing the site.
The work of Tony and Shirley demonstrated exceptional high level of professionalism, communication and knowledge of property market which achieved excellent result.
We would highly recommend Tony and Shirley for any real state needs. We would not hesitate to approach them in the future for further business.

When we decided to sell our beloved family home in Auckland for more then 20 years, choosing a right real-estate agent was very important for us, because we would not want any unpleasant experience in this task. We did not regret choosing Tony & Shirley for this. They were professional and resourceful in their approach. She kept in touch and when it came time to sell she was the first and only person we contacted as we were so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She talked us through the process and what the best option was for us. We had regular updates through the sale process and she made everything run very smoothly.
