β β β β β Seriously good food. I didnβt have high expectations and food took a little longer than expected, but man was the wait worth it. The kebab was excellent and tasted home made. For some weird reason I get the feeling that real effort goes into cooking and the fresh ingredients and flavours were memorable. Worth making the trip to Howick again.

β β β β β Waited over an hour to be highly disappointed!!! They Burnt the pizza and on top of that they tried to cut off of the crust due to it being very burnt!! You guys are truly disgusting for thinking u can send this to people ! I paid good money for the food and expect something thatβs edible! Highly disappointed and In shock that a food place could send this out to their customers. You guys should be embarrassed. Will never support this place again

β β β β β Ordered a family special online, with four small Iskenders, 1.5L drink and large chips.
Put in the order at just after 5.10pm.
Initially suggested that it would be ready by 5.30pm. This became 5.50pm, which seemed very long. Arrived at this time and still wasnβt ready until 6pm and had to wait in the store.
Meals were nice, but the Falafel Iskender had no sauce despite selecting two. The drink we selected was also not available (Pepsi Max) and only Pepsi was available. So bit hit or miss - the staff in the store were very slow, particularly the guy that was preparing our meals. Customer service wasnβt the best. The photo is of the meal that has no sauces added.

β β β β β My experience was terrible last night. Ordered for delivery but 40min later they rang and question whether I had sent someone to pick up my order. I said no, why would I pay for delivery to have someone pickup my order and how could you release an order to someone without a receipt. The questioning was ridiculous and very disappointing as if it was my fault. They ended up delivering our order at the end but our appetite was a bit put off by the whole experience. First time ordering from them and never again.
