Thanks for your response below, however the issue is not with your rental department, which I have experienced in the past, and that was always exceptional, it is with one of your Real Estate agents and I doubt complaining to yourselfs will really make a difference in this persons ethical standards which sadly appears to often in your industry. This is why I'm still considering, after keeping careful records, of making a formal complaint including but not limited to the The Real Estate Agents Tribunal. I would suggests if the Agent fully discloses what happened you would pick up the phone and contact me, if I don't hear from you then obviously the company shares the same standards. Happy to update this should you do the right thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brodie taska was a ex landlord after he took over my private landlord. I never used him as a reference even though I got my bond back paid rent left house immaculate because he's a absolute arrogant ### he said because we didn't get on he wouldn't give me a reference anyway. anyway he still has somehow given me a bad name and written a faulse reference on me I confronted him and his " lawyer team " and they said he didn't write it but isn't willing to say he didn't which means clearly he did do it and it was a bunch of lies said I left dishes behind when I have photo evidence I left the place immaculate and got my bond back !!dodgy real estate
