We chose to go with Lane due to how clear and honest he was with us. There was no hint of him just telling us what we wanted to hear, instead he gave advice based on his experience and sound reasoning. All the way through the process from the initial call to after sale service, he was attentive, professional and driven. One of the things you want when you are selling your house is good communication and Lane was always pro active and available at all times.
The property went on the market on Monday and by Wednesday we had a pre auction offer at the top end of his initial valuation. We sold the property by Friday and we were delighted with the result.
It was such a relief to have sold the property so quickly and with such ease, this allowed to focus on our move overseas.
Lane, Jill and the team at Mike Pero were wonderful to work with from the start to the finish and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

As I has not sold a property at Auction previously I needed to engage some expertise and a sales professional I could trust. Lane and Mike Pero Real Estate had all the qualities I was looking for.
