★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vikas truely lives up to expectations. Very easy to communicate with and follows through with all appointment times. He was very understanding of what we required and met these requirements and more especially getting the best price possible. Not only was he able to sell our house but was also on the hunt for our new house and put us in connection with the right people. Definitely a complete service from selling to buying.
Vikas has such a passion for real estate that it really comes through in his hard work and dedication especially in the hardest of times when in lockdown. He brought through an amazing amount of people considering no open homes and got an amazing result at auction for us.
I would be more than happy to recommend Vikas to anyone who is selling and would use him again in the future.

Both my wife and I really warmed to Amrit after first meeting him at the open home. He was not pushy and he didn't follow you around the house like so many salespeople do. Instead, he introduced himself, asked a few simple questions, and then gave us the time we needed to have a look around the house. After we'd had a look around, we gravitated back to Amrit to ask some questions. His answers demonstrated a wealth of market knowledge and an understanding of the owners expectations.
Overall, I found the experience with Amrit to be excellent. His knowledge, communication, temperament and approach are exactly what we were hoping to find in a salesperson.
