There quarterly inspections and reports are very detailed and they also take great care in conducting there inspections. There communication is excellent and much appreciated as they always keep me up to date on any new regulations as well as any other relevant information. I highly recommend LJ Hooker Papakura if you are looking at getting a property manager.
