She reached a broad spectrum of purchases. A week before the auction Amy had secured a pre-auction offer which we accepted, this brought forward the auction which achieved a high premium price. We would definitely recommend Amy & Jonas for their professionalism and dedication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently sold our house through Amy and Jonas. Believe it or not. This is the third house in our family that they had help us to put on the market and achieve the desired price. The professionalism and customer service (go out of their way than other real estate agent) of Amy and Jonas are unbelievable. There are no issue with communication of the market trends, work need to be done to have the house in 100% presentation to meet the buyers' eyes.
I can not said more about how easy and care free when dealing with Amy and Jonas. If you want to get your house sold at desirable price. Do give Amy and Jonas a call.

My experience went above and beyond my expectations, i would sell my properties with her again if i had any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with the B&T Parnell branch was dreadful. From our first experience to our last, this branch failed to be fair and reasonable. For those who read this and would like an example, we had an hole in the ceiling of our rental which we raised in March and was still not fixed by December when we left. This is one of many examples I could provide. To Leigh, Ayano and Madison please remember you should act as if you owe a duty of care to your tenants. I would encourage all would be customers of this branch, please look elsewhere!
