As the housing market was booming, it was stressful and we were unsure where to even begin until Yong-Seok got on board. With his exceptional insight in the property market, he short-listed and viewed us a lot of houses that fit our checklist. He stood by us from the buyer’s point view and gave us a full run-down at the open homes. This gave us the great confidence in choosing our first home and also educated us more about houses in New Zealand general. Yong-Seok finally found us the home on Schnapper Rock Road, which we first believed it was out of our range to begin with (as the home looked real stunning). The housing market was tough and challenging especially for first home buyers.
I did not have much knowledge and tips on finding good houses and Yong-Seok was very helpful in helping me make buy decisions at open homes and auctions.
