★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket manages their covid19 protocol poorly. There was no 2m distancing. The young store manager has set a bad example to his staff. He was walking around the store without any distancing. He stood right behind me while there was supposed to have a 2m distance. I have to try to avoid being within 2 m around people including the manger inside the store. There was no protocols in the store. They didn't tell the customer to follow the rule. The customers in the store free roaming like no Covid crisis. it was ridiculous. While i was at the checkout counter, the lady was very unhelpful. She was not only didn't help to put my grocery in the shopping bag, after she scanned the goods, she just left them scattered on the conveyance belt. The next customer was looking at me struggled to bag the good as fast as i could. The checkout lady just looked at me... didn't even help. Sigh... I'm speechless and applause for their extremely poor customer service and being very unconsidered to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY ! Was there a couple of times but never had an issue. Today they misplaced the hand sanitizer in my order as I checked for it when I got out from their shop. Turned around to ask for it as it has been billed and they said it is not with them. I think it must have taken by the other customer while I was placing the groceries on conveyer belt. I know it is not a big deal but fact that they were so rude and ignored me like it doesn't matye . Never gonna return to this shop again. Shame on you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the massive range of produce in this supermarket - it is always fresh and stays fresh for days in the fridge, it is locally sourced from West Auckland orchards and farms, it is really cheap to buy and it’s just gorgeous! Everything is so big and bushy and colourful. The staff here are very polite, and they have a massive range of Asian foods that other supermarkets done have. 5 stars!

Heaps of parking. I'll certainly go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ♿Good parking when I went inside store very surprised how big it was using all the space available. Good variety of fruits and vegetables even some I have never seen before.
Huge variety of different products also i haven't seen before good surprises of what they turn out to be.
Some items expensive to some cheap.
Good place to buy all soughts of products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting range of Asian products not found at your regular supermarket. It's a pity the staff working there are not very friendly and lacking manners. Also some of the food looks like it has been sitting on the shelf too long. Respect your customers and they will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed when I went in for the first time in a month.
In that time the prices got better, the labelling improved, the stock was more orderly, the fresh produce was fresher ❤️
I asked for help locating an item and was assisted with a smile.
The next thing I would really appreciate is labelling the aisles and sections so you know what area to look for something.
Keep up the good work team, we appreciate having a compact supermarket in the neighbourhood!
