★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I dealt with Brenda in the outlet store and purchased a free standing, sandal wood ( colour) vanity unit.
She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Today I emailed her to Thank her for the service and mentioned a small fitting issue with one of the drawers...she was very empathetic and passed my concern on to David who is part of the assembly / production / qaulity team.
He rang me straight away to pop out the next day but as he was in the area ( on his way home from work ) he popped in today.
What a delightful , well mannered man...he removed his boots before coming inside and in no time at all had rectified the minor issue.
Bathco is very fortunate to have staff such as David and Brenda who are the face of and often first impressions of a company.
In today’s society I believe we have come to expect service below our expectations but in Brenda and David’s case they exceeded any expectations I had.
Thanks so much guys...I’ll certainly be back and will recommend Bathco to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hats off to Patrick, Brenda and Chris who have all been absolutely fabulous in helping me with our bathroom order through our builder. I went in more than half a dozen times and they couldn't have been more helpful. Chris and Patrick went out of their way when it came to packing and loading the bath we chose - I am so appreciative. Highly recommend!
