β β β β β Got a white Vanity with pop up waste and tiles with glue, trims and grout for a job. Firstly when collecting order, glue and pop up waste wasn't with the order. Then when got to site and opened boxes I found out that wrong colour "Black" Vanity has been supplied and one box of tiles are cracked. After much hassle had to collect tiles and correct Vanity. I thought finally I can finish this job but no. The doors on the White Vanity had marks on it. Which until today hasn't been sorted out. I must say the quality has gone from ok to below average and customer service is below standard. So many mistakes with one order and not to mention the amount of time wasted. When you call and leave a message no one gets back to you. Have to call multiple times to get one small thing sorted and then another mistake. Extremely disappointed ??.
27/01/21 - After refusing to rectify their mistake at their own cost, I sent my plumber 'at my cost' over to collect replacement doors which I was assured are correct. He collected it and went to install and guess what. WRONG DOORS SUPPLIED. $80 OF MY MONEY DOWN THE TOILET.??.

β β β β β I would give bath & tiles 6 stars if there were.
I visited a dozen of stores and I found this store has the widest range of products that meet my needs. My reno project is on an 100+ year old house, and thus bathroomware, such as shower boxes, mostly are not of standard sizes. This store provides customisation service at very reasonable price.
Also i made quite a number of order changes on the run because of the compromises I had to make in the course of reno. The staff at Bath & tiles at Manukau were extremely patient and helped me all the way.
I think effective communication is the key in my experience with the store. This store is often very busy, and perhaps short staffed. So the staff were often overwhelmed and could missed out / forget a few bits and pieces. The perspective customer is suggested to keep on following up, sometimes may have to do it repeatedly, but at the end the staff will help and sorted it out.

β β β β β I had worst experience with prince in bath and tile in manukau I bought two toilet and vanity accidentally choose wrong one and put both toilet and vanity back in box in good condition packaging and ask to return and they cut down 50 percent money for repackaging and ripped me off for return never go back again

β β β β β I am so pleased with the service and care provided by Sukhraj, Ankit and the team and am very happy with our new shower. There was an unforeseen issue with one of the parts and Ankit especially worked tirelessly until he found the right part and install solution when I am sure most people would have given up, especially given it was a relatively small job. I cannot thank him enough! Great prices, friendly and professional, I highly recommend Bath & Tile. Keep up the good work team!

β β β β β I had to come several times to pick up my order although they gave me a specific date and time to come and collect but I when I came there twice the products had still not arrived. I should have been informed about the delay so not wasting my time.
Also be sure about your decision before you purchase because they always happily welcome when you come into their store to buy stuff but they are not when you want to return and get refund. If you want to return anything they will charge 30% from the price. I have never experienced this anywhere. This is ridiculous and too much while you can always do that in any other stores for free of charge.
