β β β β β We were the only people in the showroom. We walked in, we said hi and they told use what we were looking for was on the back wall. We were there for 15-20mins, maybe longer?and no one came and helped us at all. Two ladies just sat talking at the counter. We purposely drove 40mins from east Auckland to come and look for a new kitchen top. Willing to spend 8k or so. You've just lost 8k worth of sales because of your poor customer service.
We went to another store which was much more high end and they treated us with respect. Will take our business there.

β β β β β Good product but very hard to communicate with staff who seemed confused by my questions ? The stone tops of the vanity I purchased are also very different with each cut, the one I orginally looked at was mostly white with grey, the one delivered was very grey and looked fake, I swapped it out for a top with a slightly purple vein as they didnt have the original one. Suggest insisting on the one in the showroom or having them show you the piece they cut prior to delivery.
