★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would if I could give you no stars, but it don’t allow me to... Rude, didn’t even offer another option.. sorry can’t help you till next month bye and hung up on me. Wow what poor customer service your reception has. Won’t be coming to you anytime soon, I will go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, Jacqui, and received exceptional service from clinician Sookfie Chai. I would highly recommend Johnsonville’s Bay Audiology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health professionals? Hardly think so, attempted for a period of over 4 months trying to book an appointment. On three occasions I had to rebook, due to the clinic cancelling my appointments-only to be told the next appointment was 3-4 weeks away. Only to wait and then have it cancelled again. My ear issue has deteriorated over this time, I'm glad another clinic was able to help me. I wish this clinic had taken my health more seriously, and not mucked me around so I could've booked elsewhere and been assisted earlier, as it could've led to long term consequences for my health.
