★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up this morning 6 May at about 10:30am about getting an ear infection micro suctioned and the male person who answered the phone really went out of his way to ask the clinic if they could schedule me in unfortunately they couldn't so he gave me a few suggestions around Wellington of who I could contact and when we went to end the phone call he did tell me to take care and if I had anymore issues to call back will definitely book in when I need ear suction again.

Even with replacing the receiver wire, examining my ears and diagnosing my cold, I was in there less than 20 minutes. Both of the staff are experienced experts, and very pleasant to deal with. The repair and replacement came in at only 4% of even the discounted Costco cost of the hearing aid set, so a verifiable technology bargain.

I often have to get my ears cleaned out but it was my first time Dilworth Kelburn - an absolutely lovely experience, great reliable staff. If you're on the fence about getting your ears cleaned I can heartily recommend giving it a go here! Will be returning :)
