β β β β β I haven't been here but I am giving them 1 star because of their answering service. I could only handle 3 minutes of their looped reply. Even once every 15 secs I find too much but its preferable to this. Try listening to your own hold message service for a minute Bay Audiology and you will quickly understand.

β β β β β Lovely staff, very well informed and all information explained in detail. BUT to my surprise not pushy at all to buying a hearing aid even with proven damage to my hearing.... that was so nice not to be put on the spot when there. Thanks Bay Audiology that was very refreshing ?

β β β β β Firstly, Iβd like to thank Kate for her professionalism and helpful attitude. Sadly my experience was tainted by being treated like an infection, having to wear a specific mask, different to everyone else, because I did not produce a vaccine certificate. The receptionist could only say the directions come from βthe topβ and she wasnβt interested in logic. Would I go back there? Never
