Returned for a yum cha lunch after a long break. The food and service was very good. After a feeding frenzy, I remembered to take a pic of the last remaining dish:

We went in European but were treated amazingly. The food was top notch and the portion sizes make up for the price one meal will easily feed two people or have leftovers for lunch. I'll be writing about this place in my popular food review blog and giving it 9/10. Thank you elagance for the lovely evening.

I have been to China twice, but the food was not to my taste. So there was a stereotype that Chinese food didn't suit me, but I happened to visit a store with a Chinese friend today. All the food was so nice and delicious unexpectedly. I decided to visit again next time because it was fantastic and all the dishes were delicious!!! ❀️✨??

I thoroughly enjoyed dinner here tonight, I prefer it over the yum cha. Highly recommend the Gai Lan (greens) dish and the fried salt/pepper prawns (there's a tofu version) is delish!

Ordered the black pepper beef and beef fried rice noodles for dinner. The black pepper beef was very delicious but the beef rice noodles was a miss this time.

We’d not had yum cha here before so thought we’d give it a go. Food was variable but got better as we went along. The char siu bar were okay, the char siu was particularly nice but the bun itself seemed to have been sitting for a while and was quite dry. Har gau was similar, they were only just warm and the outer was somewhat dry and seemed a bit mass produced. However from there on things got better. The lo mai gai was nice and fresh with nicely sticky rice and a decent amount of meat; good flavour. Siu mai was probably the highlight and some of the best I’ve had in a long time, big pieces of prawn mixed in and really fresh and juicy. We had custard tarts to finish and they were very good. Some staff were friendly, others a more typical (for a yum cha restaurant) impatient with my fragmented Cantonese. All in all was probably a 3.5 but I’ve rounded up to 4 as it was a weekday and I suspect a busy weekend the dishes would’ve been fresher and better. Price was quite reasonable.

This WAS my favourite Yum Cha…..but not anymore….. The last time I went was about 18 months ago and it was okay…. Went this morning….. Had the worst Prawn dumplings I have ever had….! They were tasteless, rubbery and clearly had freezer burn….Yuck Sticky rice was most probably from the day before and was reheated, it was stuck to the paper and was dry….. And it was just under $60 for 6 dishes….. Not going back……
