★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two awesome experiences selling properties with 2 different agents from Bayleys Real Estate, Mike Murphy from the Pukekohe branch 2 years ago (house sold for more than expected within a week!) and Tanya Maich from Whangarei branch 2 weeks ago (property sold within 4 weeks!). All dealings with them and their support staff were just lovely. Even the auctioneer was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, and Tanya spent a LOT of time and effort selling our property and dealt with everyone on our behalf during the pre-Christmas weeks which were crazy. I would be very happy to deal with Bayleys Real Estate again and will certainly recommend them to friends. For any business, first point of contact is so important and these two agents are excellent ambassadors for their company. Thanks from Shannon Creed.

A great depth of knowledge experience and enthusiasm saw success in an increasingly difficult market. It seems the further north the better Bayleys becomes. Have not had such great experiences with them commercially in Auckland
