★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible after service! Second vehicle purchased through them, Land Rover. Was meant to be a second key come with it as stated on purchase agreement. I have chased them up every way I could, phone calls, emails and live chat function, including walking in to the service department and have only ever been promised someone will come back to me. NEVER heard from them again. Will not be buying another vehicle through them and if you want after service with your vehicle I would suggest staying away from these Muppets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give them a zero I would. Contacted reqarding a RR sport p400e asking for a build sheet as there were some specific specs that we were after. Dealt with a guy called Matt who said somebody would be in touch. after a week of waiting, emailed Matt again who then called and apologised that his sales rep overlooked my request. Matt confirmed that he would send it. another week went by. emailed dealer principal as we were wanting to move on the vehicle and nobody were willing to help us. Dealer principal did not reply. Contacted another sales rep, Josh Weeks, who answered all our questions finally. this is 3 weeks in from initial contact. After speaking to Josh, I called him back within 10 mins to buy the vehicle but only to find out it had sold. 3 weeks wasted and we couldn't buy that range rover as nobody wanted to help us. every time we called the landline, nobody was free to help either. We are auckland based and not able to readily come down to the yard due to lockdowns. Josh advised there were more stock coming and said he would call me within an hour or the next day. Nothing. we called him again but no response. We ended up buying from Armstrongs in South Island and will not recommend these clowns or maybe its just my skin colour. We ended up buying a vehicle for more at Armstrongs simply down to the customer service we received there. Nigel is the guy to deal with at Armstrongs.
I prefer writing positive reviews as often everybody goes online to write negative reviews however after giving these guys so many chances, I would like warn everybody else.

Very misleading with the sales and sold a car that doesnt have any specs as told prior to service and after sales refuses to take the car back and just very delayed repairs aswell. If I could give them negative score then I would. Very unprofessional, am surprised they are official dealers of Range Rover and Volvo.
