★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My RTT session with Rachel helped me uncover the real reason for my destructive relationship patterns around jealousy and frustration. I was so surprised to learn where these feelings actually came from! Not what I had consciously thought it was at all! Since the session I have been far less reactive to my usual triggers and have even noticed that in some cases my negative feelings have been replaced by positive ones like compassion and connectedness - without me even trying! Would 100% recommend RTT with Rachel. She is relatable and lovely, and she made me feel totally comfortable with the process. Also, I did my session via zoom which worked really well. Thanks so much Rachel.
