Beautiful setting,immaculately clean and modern.
Val’s Breakie is superb and we were made to feel super welcome and relaxed.
We fell in love with the place,sssh!,don’t tell anyone about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed at Beachfront Bed & Breakfast twice now and have just loved it both times! The hosts are incredibly friendly, so helpful and responsive to any requests or flexibility. The room/rooms and bathroom etc are beautifully presented and we loved the little extras like flowers, shortbread and little sweet nibbles in the fridge. The breakfast was delightful, with cereal, fresh fruit, cooked omelette/scrambled eggs etc and toast & jam. The B & B is right on the water, with beautiful views and we just loved sitting outside at the table under the umbrella eating our breakfast or having a glass of wine at night and gazing across to the water. It's just so central and the fabulous 'Flat White' cafe/restaurant is just a 2-3 min walk away. A perfect location and stay in every way. We'll definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beachfront bed and breakfast is one of the best places we have ever visited in New Zealand! Perfect location on Waihi Beach, beach access, quiet and lovely place! Val is so kind and welcoming! We celebrated my husband's 50th anniversary, and it was so nice to get a bottle of bubbles and nibbles as a compliment from her. Highly recommend this place and definitely will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a hidden gem. Val is just the most special person, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The Accommodation was spotlessly clean. The little extras just make the holiday that much more special.
We will definitely look forward to going back for another breakaway.

Host Val is super amazing, very accommodating, always going the extra mile (she even cooked up some delicious fresh fish for us!) & made our 4 night stay felt like longer. Thank you Val for making our stay unforgettable! We will be back :)
