★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teachers here have got the balance right. They nurture. They teach. They care. They listen. I know every time I drop off my son he will be safe. I also know that when I pick him up he will be happy and healthy - if not a little grubby from the FUN he has had learning! Thanks to the teachers for making this happen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started off well but turned into a lot of disappointment later on. Not all teachers are ECE qualified(This is significant for the infants group). They aren't aware of the basic neccessary knowledge about infants. The centre definitely needs more experienced staff especially for the under 1's. Incompetence and negligence regarding supervising the baby are highly unacceptable.

We are so happy with how much our child is learning every week of attendance and how happy and comfortable he is with the teachers and the environment he's in. Everyone's super friendly and helpful and the management team's highly professional. We highly recommend this centre to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your children to have the best learning experience in their early years, this is the centre to take bring them to. The staff are friendly, professional and experienced. Management is fantastic, and we are always kept informed of everything that's going on at the Centre. We love Bear Park Mt Eden, and I'm sure you will too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bear Park Mt Eden, have exceeded all my expectations of an early childhood centre. The staff are lovely and dealing with the management team is so easy. The centre is beautiful, well resourced and the regular communication between staff and parents through story park and in person makes me feel comforted, knowing my son is safe and in the hands of people who genuinely care for his learning and growth. My son comes home everyday so happy, I couldn't be more happier with this early childhood centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst daycare I have ever been. The sleep room smelled so mouldy. Teachers don’t treat children respectfully, no sunblock before going outside in summer. Children get changed to look clean and tidy before parents arrive.
Even sleeping children missed out lunch didn’t get fed on time. It charges so expensive, just so ridiculous. I would never send my child to this daycare. There is no stable team, can see different faces very often,under 2 room doesn’t have enough qualified teachers to guarantee quality care. I found a new place where there is a stable team and more respect , my child is much happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I am unsure as to the recent review but I had the complete opposite experience. My son has been there for a month now and he absolutely loves it!! The 3 week transition period into the centre I found was such a wonderful idea. At first my son found it extremely hard to let go of me but after a few weeks he was making friends! The staff are also all extremely friendly, professional and welcoming and it felt like we had been there for years. It also shocked me that they have their own in house chef and set weekly menus which was great to have! They are also fully aware and supportive of the kids with allergies and dietary requirements which I found extremely important considering my son is lactose intolerant. I Highly recommend this early childcare centre and will be referring them on to my friends who have young ones.
