About Kids Cove Child Care Newmarket

Separately, I can highlight the communication between staff and parents. I always know how my child’s day went. and thanks for our joint holidays, it is always interesting!

The place is great however I feel some attention should be given when parents collect their children , I have walked in numerous times and have had to ask alot of questions first which it would be lovely to be greeted with a smile and told about my daughters day without feeling as though teachers are too busy to talk to me. It makes it difficult to engage with the centre. Also not all information is being recorded on the online learning portal so there are areas that need improving. There are times where the teachers whom my daughter is familiar with have been changed around so this was very difficult as she has almost had to get used to another teacher all over again. My daughter enjoys it here but there are things that could be better.

We've been really impressed by the standard of teaching there, and have found Kids Cove to be trustworthy with her care.
It feels like a big family when you walk in, and we're privileged to feel like we have great relationships with the staff there.
