★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in yesterday 3pm with a flat tyre and asked if they had time to change it for me. The guy said they were busy and couldn't do it. I jacked my SUV up and changed my tyre next to the shop. How disappointing, that even a member of public offered to assist outside your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with a flat tyre at 16:39. The guy said it couldn't be repaired because the place would close 17:00 and they still needed to do some cleaning. So they left me to go home with a flat tyre. It is a customer oriented company, isn't it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the car with a screw in one of the tyres. The guy said couldn't be repaired as the screw was in the groove and replacement job would cost $590. Took the car to Bridgestone Tyre Centre down the road, they pulled out the screw which was a flat screw, tested the tyre for any leaks and it was fine, free of charge and off we went. Unprofessional Beaurepaires, never going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to get repairs done. Called at seven thirty and in at 8am. Previously dropped in at ten am on a Saturday morning and was told to come back at 2pm, sat in the car for five minutes deciding what to do next with a flat tyre and they came out saying an appointment had just cancelled and they could fix my car now. Great spot for repairs and new tyres.

The service Avery & Kevin give you is unlike anywhere else, these guys are super informative as well and always happy to help me get the best options for my cars.
