Was quoted over $400 for front brake replacement including machining of rotors by Bridgestone on Leach St but was quoted and paid only $150 by Beaurepaires Gill St. Took about an hour and fifteen and were polite and friendly too. Highly recommend.

There's always a friendly staff member here who's quite happy to assist me at no charge - now that's awesome customer service! Thanks for being a great place to visit. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in to get 4 new tyres put on my car, was told it would be about 30 min. Unfortunately a young attractive girl came in and they stopped working on my car to help her, 30 mins turned into almost an hour. Won't be spending my money here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My van had to stay at Beaurepaires overnight. When I picked it up the following day it had to have a new battery fitted before I arrived.
"No charge for the battery mate, it was near new and had dropped two cells. It's under warranty "
How often do you get honesty like that.
Great guys, honest, friendly and they know their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Michelin pilot sport 215/50/17 tyres.Told them needed for Anzac wknd important trip away.Fitted tyres Friday afternoon.picked up.and paid 4pm.got home and duly found out had fitted Incorrect tyres!..Michelin PRIMACY 215/50/17s....rang up after hours number.left message.no reply..tried again 6 pm...7...8pm...no reply.rang new Plymouth store next morning(Saturday)...got a customer services guy/tyre fitter? Said was really sorry this had occurred...put me on to another guy(tyre fitter??) Said sorry ..again and along the lines of....I wouldn't be going too far on those tyres and said he couldn't fit the CORRECT set until Tuesday!!! ...wasnt Happy as you could imagine!! ...my whole IMPORTANT planned weekend was " RUINED " !!!!!...bloody DIGUSTED!!...and as for your branch ..manager.....needs to LEARN some " MANNERS"!!! ...was spoken to.like a DOG...Like it was all MY fault!....sorted FINALLY!!.......VINCE MARTIN!!!.... come back from retirement and RE train this nz " lot " how to fit the CORRECT tyres...and some CUSTOMER " service (MANNERS) !!!......do them WONDERS!
