A few days following the service I identified and issue with the windscreen wipers and front light casing. I called Midas and Helen was so helpful in organising for me to bring in the vehicle to get it looked at and fix. Vehicle is now working and looking great! Excellent customer service from Midas! Highly recommend +++

Helen is such a lovely lady she explained everything in clear details and in an easy manner. We had a good chat while I was waiting my car to be checked and it felt nice. The place I normally went always made me feel uncomfortable and felt like I was the reason for certain things that went wrong. Midas is very welcoming. Definitely will be going back again in the future to get things fixed and for my w.o.f. thank you team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsure why it took 3 goes to correctly diagnose the problem, each time the price increasing...after the guy that did the warrant seemed to know what the issue was at the start. Replaced parts that weren't needed, still failing the warrant which of course I had to pay for. Start off being quoted less than $200, ended up being $700. Then when I actually have it a decent drive 2 weeks later, the brakes started rumbling. Either incompetent or a sham.
