Have been to B at the T several times and loved it. Wanted to buy a Freind a voucher for her birthday but will not pay $10 for postage and handling. Wow very unimpressed at those charges when posting within Chch. No email option available.

I have been to the Tannery Spa on a number of occasions over the years but unfortunately this will be my last visit. When arriving the staff are all very friendly so can’t fault that. The slippers they gave to change into with robe were beyond worn and dirty looking so much so that I choose to go in my bare feet. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest in regards to the floor and the cloths used during a mini facial were definitely extremely worn as they were very rough on my face. When I got home there was a lot of black around my eyes from my mascara so I removed myself with makeup remover and not only did my mascara come off but a lot of my foundation from the day- having had a facial I would have thought fully removing makeup was a basic first step before starting. On their own these things aren’t really a big deal but when paying $100 for a half hr facial I do think it’s extremely over priced with standards having significantly dropped since I first started visiting!

What an amazing experience. The ladies are super friendly, so informative and brilliant at what they do. Will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend them!!

An amazing day spa! The best in Christchurch! Would highly rate this 5 stars. I was in for a treatment the other day and it was just bliss! From being shown into the changing room to put on a snuggly gown and comfy slippers to relaxing at the end of the treatment in the relaxation lounge was amazing. I had a relaxation massage and it was honestly the best massage ever. The girls at Beauty at the Tannery are very professional, highly skilled and so friendly!

Wow, what an experience at Beauty at the Tannery! I had heard good things from friends but didn't realise how good. From the friendly receptionist to my amazing therapist (sorry I don't remember her name!) everything was just perfect. The place was incredibly clean and tranquil - not one thing I could fault. I just want to say thank you to the girls there that made my first experience with you such an incredible one.

Stunning spa and lovely staff. Have never had a bad massage here. The girls are always very nice, polite and accommodating. The pregnancy massage at 7 months pregnant was just bliss. Definitely would recommend.

Update: Please know that I certainly HAVE NOT recieved an apology by email as suggested by the spa, also, should a customer provide an address, that is the address to send too, even a "slight" change means the package is either delayed, or not recieved - removing a rural address, and using a town address is not a slight change. As suggested previously, owning this mistake, suggesting a method to correct and apologising would have been appreciated and avoided this situation. I hope you learn how to offer a genuine service focussed on your customers going forward. Very dissapointing, after purchasing a gift voucher online I discovered that the spas online gift certificate system had edited my mailing address. I emailed straight away and was dismissed and told it was sent to the address provided. I gave screenshots and directed the team member to the address I gave and highlighted that the address for shipping was indeed different. I was told again this was the address I gave. I returned saying this is incredibly dismissive and can they please look so that they see that the addresses are different, and that the shipping address is NOT the one I provided. I was then told that nothing could be done as their system had changed the address and the package is with the courier. I'm shocked, what a low effort you have made to correct your error. I then asked for a refund and received a partial refund only. This then meant I had to email AGAIN to request a full refund. Honestly, up your game, this experience has been terrible! I will certainly not be recommending you to friends & family. I'm stunned by your lack of attention, care and professionalism, you would do well with thinking about your customers first rather than your bank account. You have wasted alot of my time and created rather a stressful situation WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY.
