★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing on the Hairdressing side of the business. Well I got excellent customer service from both reception and the lovely Hairdresser Tia. I am so stoked with the result I got as we sorta just went with it due to already having colour in my hair. Thank you for the stunning hair make over, good conversation and the laughs?. I had a pleasant experience here. Probably best to go during the week when it's off peak some days? I will definitely be back for Tia' services?❣️??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t generally leave reviews but after deciding to get my long hair chopped off into a short bob I walked out in shock after I witnessed the hairstylist’s technique. She just cut a straight line across my hair and then straightened it and took my cape off. I asked her to thin out the ends and she just hacked at my hair with thinning scissors. She didn’t section my hair and she didn’t check to see if it was even. I got home to literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I think her technique really needs to be re-looked at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Sitara cut my hair and he did EXACTLY what I wanted, she was super patient and friendly. She was also running the place by herself and I think she did an amazing job! I have curly thick hair so it's hard to find someone who actually knows how to cut it so I highly recommend her if you have thick curly hair like me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had my hair done in so long. Since having my baby in July I have neglected hair maintenance. I emailed the staff and they responded to me and they were very understanding of my situation. I went in to see them and they did a free consultation on my hair. The staff were so lovely and non judgmental of my hair in it’s awful state. The owner was lovely and I met Tia and another staff there where I had good laughs with. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back for sure

I get my hair done by Tia and would highly recommend. I have not had my hair cut by others but I’m sure the high quality will be just the same. Will be going back as the price is very reasonable and cheap for the amazing service you get!
