Do not get a haircut here! While the staff are very nice, it was clear that they had not been trained in hairdressing and gave me a terrible haircut - i had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed, but even she could not reverse the damage and has said I will need to come back once it has grown out more. At Beauty Mark the scissors were blunt, they cut hair in a weird way that I had never seen before, and it took about 20 minutes longer than a normal salon for a very basic cut. Don't take the risk - just cuts are cheaper and do a far better job!

Really wish I read the reviews before I went to this salon,worse Pedicure I have EVER had. Awful experience.

Went in for a deluxe pedicure, the girl who did it was very nice. But the pedicure itself was very medicore. I also realised the next day that the UV light used for the gel polish burned my feet and I got second degree burns on my feet. The blisters were really big and caused a lot of pain and made it hard to walk. It took a long time to heal. It's been 2 months now and I can still see where the little toe dividers were as that's the only part that didn't get burned.

This salon was amazing the setting tranquil and relaxing my massage rubbed all my stress to oblivion and I won’t hesitate to go back to beauty mark again the staff very friendly and know what they are doing the price is so inexpensive I’m truly satisfied with their service

Worst customer experience and WORST shellac manicure I've ever experienced. I purchased a GrabOne voucher for a $35 Deluxe Spa Manicure incl. Gel Polish from Beauty Mark where "they're experts in their field, and know exactly how to provide a luxury experience, and leave you with nails to die for.", or so they say. It has been less than 24 hours and the shellac is peeling from my nails, the girl couldn't help herself but get the polish all over my fingers and had to scrap it away each time, which actually caused some form of pain. She always couldn't speak English very well so didn't understand what I was saying to her about this. Did I receive everything I was meant to, according to what was offered on GrabOne? Hand soak - yes. In a large kitchen bowl. Where I sat there for 10 minutes with my hands soaking in luke warm to cold water, whilst the beauticians attended to each other's hair (please note that I was on time for my appointment but this only started 10 minutes after my arrival, because the ladies were busy working on each other). Exfoliate - sure, if you call what I received an exfoliation. Hand mask - no. Callus peel treatment - no. Massage - no. Cuticle care - a poor job done only once I requested it. Buff, shape and polish - sure, but to an extremely low standard. Overall, a shocking experience and when I went back to Beauty Mark the next day they refused to refund me for the voucher, "sorry hun, you need to get in touch with GrabOne. It is their problem, you paid them, they paid you back". I also informed the lady that calling me hun was highly unprofessional and patronizing. Girls - I highly advise to avoid this non-nail/beauty salon. Spend a bit more and receive a decent, professional job. I've learnt my lesson. Photos are taken less than 24 hours after manicure.

Wouldn't recommend. Got a Grab One voucher for the 'luxury manicure' - half the services promised were not included, including the massage and exfoliating treatments. My appointment was moved early but I was still left waiting for it to start and the service was really poor. My nails were shaped unevenly and cuticles missed. The polish was applied really poorly too, with big gaps and bits sticking out and started peeling within 12 hours. The pictures below show what it looked like after just 3 days. It's clear that the people at this salon don't have the skills, but when I then emailed them to ask for a refund, they have completely ignored me. In the end, Grab One helped me out. Real absence of professionalism from start to finish - don't go here.

I was given a voucher 1 year ago for Christmas for $40, their vouchers are valid for only 6 month and with everything happening with Covid etc I forgot about it. The voucher is paid for and I wanted to book an appointment twice the price and top it up but they won’t extend the voucher. I think this is terrible service as they just keep the $40 for a piece of paper.
