★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone sharing my review of Cacci in Ellerslie. Firstly I didn't know what to expect once I opened the door. It was that welcoming feeling the questions I needed to know was "What do you do" may sound duh!! to you but those words meant a lot to me. Wow, I had my first treatment that day within 1/2 hr I felt light full of energy and so refreshing. Be pampered is all you need. The faculty are brilliantly incredible they do care not just for woman men to. Financial time plan yes easy simple is for me. Cacci thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consult happened after the treatment which is weird and annoying considering I spent 15 minutes filling in 2 pages, double sided. The treatment was not discussed with me prior (not in the way you would expect during a consult), the therapist came into room saying she will do a peel then asked about skin. The fault here is with the consult lady.
The whole experience is like spending money to spend an hour with an Avon sales team, more interested in trying to sell products than the treatment or your experience. The therapist was good in terms of technique but again a bit hard to relax when they talk most of the time trying to sell products. They reaaaally push to sell products. When I asked for a sample first before commiting to buy (because both the therapist and the consult lady contradicted what I have been told by my dermatologist hence I didn't really feel comfortable spending on a new skincare line without checking first) the consult lady looks at you like you are being the most unreasonable person on the planet.
The consult lady was the worst, she is better suited as a used car salesperson, bad vibes, is very pushy and annoying trying to sell memberships and how they can refund you as you can quit any time which doesn't seem true reading the review below me, I'm glad I stuck to my guns about not signing up. Despite saying several times I'm not interested, she still tried to push me to sign. Takes away any remaining relaxation, very tense and uncomfortable and you leave feeling resentful. I'll be bringing back the product I bought for a refund (because it has fragrance) and will cancel the appointment I made for next month. May return when you stop trying to be sales evangelists.
Also please serve guests water, treatments can be very dehydrating. As far as ambience, facilities and warmth of experience, it does not deliver and pales in comparison to what you would experience in a similarly priced day spa. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caci is so professional. My nurse was totally professional and efficient. They will not take you for any service that they do not think will work for you. I have enquired at times about treatment and been advised that it would not be beneficial. They are honest and always professional. i cannot recommend them more highly. Eleanor

When I moved to the shore some years ago, I tried to find somewhere else closer to home, but after visiting many places, I just haven't been able to and have since returned. It is definitely worth the extra time for me to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to Caci Ellerslie for around 18 months and after a thorough consult it was recommended that I go on a treatment plan. Working fulltime and running a busy house, at first I thought how will I fit this in every 3-4 weeks but in hindsight I'm so glad that I did it. I'm the kind of person who prioritises everyone/thing else before me but this has become a non negotiable me -time and I feel my skin has benefited greatly from it. I have always found the staff to be very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable in their recommendations.

I have been visiting Caci in Ellerslie for 2 years now and have never been disappointed..the premises are emaculate...and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly...I was feeling pretty down on myself when I first approached Caci, but after clear explanation of services and benefits I left feeling a million dollars and have never looked back since...I will forever be grateful to Sandra and the team at Caci Ellerslie for their recommendations and guidance...it has boosted my self esteem to new levels...and they are by no means a one stop shop also..they took time to explain what would work for me individually and why. Great value for money... highly recommended ❤️

Easy to contact to arrange appointments and good parking too. They are amazing at what they do and I'll keep going back! Thank you!
