★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed with my experience. Came in wanting to buy some nice sheets, talked to a shop assistant and ended up buying the most expensive top of the line 1000 TC sheets. When I got back to Auckland I realised the fitted sheet has a 50cm wall (ie so it is too large for the depth of a standard sized mattress, and needs to be tucked in). When I was talking to the shop assistant it would have been great if they had asked me about the mattress size. I had no idea that there'd be a difference in the depth of a mattress relative to the size of the fitted sheet. Being a guy who doesn't often buy nice sheets, I think my issue could have been easily avoided by the sales assisstant just asking a couple questions.
