★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very helpful place. They have 5 shop assistance I asked where the valances were and they said go down by the sheets and that's it. I was in the shop for 7mins nobody came ova. They said it was a big sale on. They lied I told the other lady who was going into the shop to go to SPOTLIGHT. BRILLIANT PLACE TO SHOP AT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful women with zero customer service. Completely ignored us, even went so far as making my two friends and I feel invisible as we stood waiting to purchase at the counter. I returned my items to their correct place and walked out. Will not return.

I was interrogated this morning from the manager and her co worker about the price I paid for their product. The day before I had brought a couple of items that were on sale, the next day I decided to go back and buy more. To my surprise the same items were alot more. I asked if the items were on sale and the women said yes, I explained that I had bought the same items yesterday for alot less.
Both women stood behind the counter and stared at me as if I was lying and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. One of the women questioned me about the product whilst the other one looked through the receipts. Then asked if I had receipts to prove it, to their surprise I handed my receipt that proved I was right. However, the manager continued to rudely assert her management position whilst the other woman stood like a stone statue lost for words.
If you choose to work in customer service, there is an expectation from the public, professionalism with excellent communication is expected.
Bed bath and beyond choose your workers wisely, or loose customers. But 5 stars to Ruth who sold me my products that were on sale the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a sale on, so we made ourselves present to look at bathroom towel sets. Found a bamboo and cotton set that looked good. unfortunately upon getting home and taking the tags off, we saw the damage - so i cycled back, where the staff were most helpful, giving me a replacement. (NB: I did not inspect it there). Unfortunately this too was not good (run in threads..) so went back. The staff were apologetic and very helpful, this time showing me both side of the towel Well handled situation , Bed bath and Beyond. Thanks to salespersonLeiseli. Recommended store
