★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very annoying how there are barely any products that are priced and u have to take everything to the pricing machines around the store.. aswell as the product in the beauty department, always low and product never replaced, weeks later!! An as for one of the store managers called Darren, well what a horrible experience, coming into the store maskless and having him stalk my partner and myself then literally detaining us until showing proof of exceptions, which would of been fine if he hadn’t been so rude and aggressive about it, also lying to us telling us he was a part owner in the kmart franchise!!! Yer right Darren!! Store managers need to be trained properly in how to deal with customers/people in a proper manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do understand due to covid etc that items are not as readily avaliable as they use to be, with import export etc. However I do constantly run into the issue where items say they are avaliable in store and are in stock and there is literally nothing on the shelf. Price integrity needs a bit of work as 90% of stock is unlabeled and un priced making it a frustrating experience walking back and forth to scan and price check items. The store itself is good and staff are mostly on point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is awesome id give it 5 stars but the reason I’ve given it 3 is because the staff members are absolutely rude. Witnessed a staff member grilling a customer for not wearing a mask, instead of explaining the rules politely and providing a mask they started yelling at the customer in front of other customer embarrassing the customer in public. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic doorman, I see him all of the time like today. Great selection of everything for modern day living. Only suggestion it needs a public toilet as part of the store. It would surely benefit customers instead of being told to go to another store with facilities. I get really shy to go inside another store to do this and not to buy or forced to buy their product to use their toilet.
