★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store has everything from bedding to bathroom cabinets . The staff is friendly . They have a really good stock range . Everything is always neat and tidy . So far, anytime I needed something from there , I've never needed to go all the way to the branch in Albany . I've always found what I needed at that branch. Be careful though.....Everything is so beautiful and such good quality, when you go there to buy one thing, it's very hard to resist buying all the other amazing good quality items they have. They are part of a shopping centre so are near many other shops and takeouts and restaurants . There is a loo nearby. A Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery etc etc etc . Near to Snap Fitness . Ample parking and everything within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now don't get me wrong. I think this shop is very good...well laid out, good pricing on specials with a variety of product. But....last Sept I purchased some 1200 thread count sheets. Last week hanging them on the line I noticed that they were starting to go into holes. So...back today to shop. The very pleasant assistant told me that as I had purchased them in Sept it was basically too bad, too long ago. Now I know my rights. I told her she was wrong under the consumer guarantees act. At that she was quite put out..still pleasant, and went off to make phone call after phone call to ' check with management.'
Now, turns out I was right. The point of my story is surely the business would train their staff up on such a relevant piece of legislation to their business. If they had it would have saved me some time and frustration.....
