Absolutely superb friendly service. Outstanding helpful staff made my experience very enjoyable. Being asked to buy bedsheets and a duvet cover by the wife is scary enough! The staff maybe the process easy and painless

I fell asleep in one of their beds and they never woke me up.

Waited at the counter for 15 min while the lady gabbed for ages to another customer. She acknowledged me but didn’t seem to care I was waiting. Left my products at the counter. Learn to handle multiple customers when you’re the only one on the floor.

Went into the Shore City store on Thursday to buy some sheets. One staff member was at the counter and completely ignored me. The other staff member was at the back of the store. Despite me obviously looking at sheets as I edged closer to the counter, I was still totally ignored. The two ladies then started a conversation back and forth, until the lady at the counter walked to the back of the store to carry on their conversation! I continued looking at sheets, and they just totally ignored me, and carried on their conversation! So I walked out, never to return!

Conveniently, it is impossible to get in touch with this company regarding an online order. After ordering a bedspread set and only receiving the pillow cases, I made contact, through email about my online order. I received an electronic ticket saying I had to wait up to 9 working days for a response. After no response, I tried to contact the head office on Grafton (no phone number or email available). I contacted this physical store who said the bed spread was now out of stock and that their regional manager would contact me. No one contacted me and I was refunded for the bed spread only. I contacted this physical store again and told them I did not want the pillow cases. Again, they said the regional manager would contact me. I told them I would phone every day until it was sorted, which apparently upset the sales person. I then spoke to the manager, apologised for upsetting the clerk and told her I didn’t want the pillow cases. Because I am a rural address, she asked me to drive them into a store but I declined and asked for a courier pick up. She again told me the regional manager would contact me. I waited over a week and never heard from him. I again contacted this physical store. They refused to answer my call. After hitting redial on my phone for almost thirty minutes, the regional manager contacted me for the first time and said the following: “Stop harassing my employees” “You are a horrible person” “Do you have children?” “Do your children know how horrible you are?” “The Commerce Commission will laugh at you because we have done nothing wrong” “Don’t you know businesses are suffering?” “We are in the middle of a pandemic and all you care about are pillow cases!” Two month after my initial order, the physical store finally sent me courier bags. They sat outside my door for almost a week, I sent a text to the regional manager asking him when he was going to put down his coffee and organise my pick and up? He threatened to contact the police for "harassment". My packages were picked up the following day, but not by the courier. After two months of battle, I have finally been refunded for the pillow cases. Out of interest, I have just checked BB&BS’ crocodile tears revenue during a pandemic. It is US$59.1m (2021) Before wasting your time with this company, please read the reviews online.
