About The Warehouse Group
TWG consists of six core retail brands: The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming, Torpedo7, 1-day and TheMarket. We have 260+ retail stores, online stores as well as distribution centres throughout New Zealand. We also have two overseas sourcing offices located in China and India. We are a people-centred business with more than 12,000 team employees across our locations.

Over the years, we’ve raised over 50 million dollars for New Zealand communities and have contributed to countless community-focussed initiatives. We were the first company in New Zealand to add a Shielded Site link to the Women's Refuge website to help protect those experiencing family violence, and were a key supporter of the Government’s Family Violence Victims’ Protection Bill. We were New Zealand’s first large company and the third major retailer in the world to go carbon neutral.
While we may be approaching 40 years old as a business, in many ways we feel we’re just getting started.

Missing items from my orders. No replies. If I could give a 0 I would. Definitely poor customer service. Especially when you are trying to support nz businesses

On ALL online purchases to date ( from companies other than warehouse) I have made several purchases with a resulting TOTAL wait day (all out of Auckland) including delivery of no more than 4 days.
THE WAREHOUSE! Total wait time 29 YES TWENTY NINE DAYS! If I had of known that I would have ordered it from ITALY or someplace with service,

The attitude to date would appear that The Warehouse does not care they are infringing on New Zealand Legislation. My rating would be 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I find Tokoroa excellent until September 26th, 2021, the Sunday girl staff at Tokoroa counter and the office lady regarding my online phone purchase. The phone refused to work - brand new- I put the sim card in hoping!!! Phone asked for a pin, no advice on the packaging or box or invoice. I was interrogated with an accusing tone like I did it. No help. It's the first time I received unwelcome and poor service from this store. Monday I took the phone to Rotorua to get help. They sorted the phone and it's usable now. Blah to the Sunday girl who demeans an elderly person who DID know what she was doing. THE WAREHOUSE PHONE WAS LOCKED FOR NO REASON. BEWARE BUYING A PHONE ONLINE as NO SUPPORT ONLY NEGATIVITY from this Sunday girl anyway Blah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned 7 of your warehouse stores this morning to check if a product was in stock. Phoned them all mutiple times from 9am, no one answered any call!! Finally phd head office and they checked stock said only 2 avail so you need to ring the store to check availability! What a joke no one answering phones still and you expect us to shop at your stores. Terrible cutsomer srrvice ?
