He wasn't pushy and welcomed me to come back with my partner and favourite pillow to further check out the bed I liked. Plus the price was fantastic. Some really sharp deals. The bedroom furniture here is lovely and looks beautifully handmade compared to most furniture stores that I have been to.

I purchased a top of the line Sealy (Soho) and found the service to be impeccable. The bed was delivered on time, the old bed removed with the new one assembled. The sales person (Adrienne) under promised and over delivered so I recommend this store.

This review has two components. The first component is satisfaction with the product. We purchased a $4500 bed from the Newmarket store in mid March of this year. The bed is fantastic and the customer service from the store was ok. The second component for which I am essentially making a complaint, is the customer service we received from the Bedstop delivery side of the company ! The two delivery guys worked sooo fast It was alarming ! I was concerned at the speed they worked. WAY too fast with little care for someone else's home. In the process the bed was damaged, only a small tear in the corner, but a tear it was on my brand new $4500 bed. As you can imagine I was angry and contacted the driver immediately. His response was aggressive and challenging. He threatened me and hung up ! I was fuming ! I then contacted the store and told the manager about what had happened. Her response was what one would expect from any professional retail outlet. Polite, apologetic and helpful. Nothing to complain about there ! The base was replaced in under two weeks but to my horror, the same guy delivered it. Not ONE single apology. The store manager promised both left and right sides of the bed base would be replaced, but the delivery guys only showed up with one. His response was blunt, he didn't care ! and had absolutely NO customer focus. I think Bedstop really need to consider who is actually going into their customers homes. This is the last 5% of the sale and this is where they fall down in a big way. Also better communication between the outlets and delivery. I had the Newmarket store manager tell me twice that both bases would be replaced, to keep them as a set. Saying one thing a doing another is not a good look. So to cut a long story short my experience with Bedstop has left me with a sour taste and I will not be shopping there again. It was not the tear that annoyed me, it was the response from the delivery guy. Totally unimpressed, Nigel Maclaurin.

Have had our new bed for just over a week now, and I have to say it was some of the best money I have ever spent. Great knowledgeable staff, friendly, and made the whole buying process a real pleasure. Hats off to the delivery guys too, who took the bed upstairs and assembled it for us, and took away the old one. Thanks guys, and we LOVE our new bed

Friendly customer service and good range of beds. However, they do not have a Sleep Guarantee policy here and we learnt the hard way with our first mattress purchase. The mattress gave me backaches every morning from the first night, tried everything from adding layers to buying an expensive memory foam topper but still woke up with aches. I still slept on it everyday to try to wear it in. 29 days on, I was getting less and less sleep and went back to the shop to ask for an exchange, but to my dismay, I was told they did away with such policies because of Covid19 and do not want used beds back. My advice, always ask if they have an exchange policy before buying a mattress. If you are spending at least a thousand dollars on a bed, you deserve a minimum 30day Sleep Guarantee. There are plenty of others out there with the same or even more range WITH an exchange policy, so please shop around and do some research not only on beds, but on the stores too.
