Ample parking and shopping is pleasant enough plus leave kids at nearby park

Bought the black leather cross-body bag, and within two months the strap had broken. That was fine, these things happen - took bag back to the shop to get a replacement. The staff member (pretty sure it was the manager, as another staff member went and got her to deal with my issue) was rude, cold, and non-apologetic, although she did agree to give me a replacement bag. I got an identical replacement bag, and within three months the lining had come away from the bag. I didn't bother going back to complain, as couldn't be bothered dealing with that terrible service again. Such a bad quality bag for $160, which isn't cheap.
