Tried multiple times with no reply, finally get a reply after a month and it says that they will get a rep to contact me shortly. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no contact. Will not bother anymore with this company as clearly my business it not important to them..

The lady that helped me was very patient with me as I could not decide which wrapping paper to choose from, she also helped me choose the ribbons that would go best with the wrapping paper and they are spot on. Very happy with the product and great service!
