★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黑店！ 两个月前买了两盒中成药，打开一盒服用后出现过敏反应。 第二天我通知店员另一个盒子是全新可否換为其他产品，店员拒绝说不能换货。 今天又去买玉竹，想做汤。 60 克卖给我 11.57 ！ 我还发现玉竹不新鲜，切的形状也很奇怪。 然后我去隔离店一看，250克才15块钱。 我立马回到店里要求換中成药作罷，但工作人员跟我说买错中成药可以换，草药不行！ 和上一次说法完全不一样，说明店员的销售方式有问题，规则是他们随时定的！
Black shop! I bought two boxes of Chinese patent medicine two months ago, and I had an allergic reaction after opening one of the boxes. The next day I informed the clerk whether the other box was brand new and could be replaced with another product, but the clerk refused to say that it could not be exchanged. Today I went to buy Yuzhu again and wanted to make soup. 60 grams sold me 11.57! I also found that the yuba was not fresh and the cut shape was weird. Then I went to the quarantine store to see that 250 grams was only 15 yuan. I immediately went back to the store and asked to change the Chinese patent medicine, but the staff told me that I could replace the wrong Chinese patent medicine, but not the herbal medicine! It is completely different from the last statement, which means that there is a problem with the sales method of the clerk, and the rules are set by them at any time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this store, I went there on 16th March to purchased some medication, the sales person manage to sell other products to me which include a electric kettle to boil medication, as I got home I noticed the kettle missed one rubber at bottom and visible water stain on base clearly it doesn't look like new. I bought back the kettle for exchange however they told me this is the last one, I asked for refund they made the process so difficulty and very rude and told me I would need to bring back the plastic cover as they will need that plastic cover to sell to other customer, eventually they agree to the refund and asked me to fill out a lengthy form. however it's been 14 days I haven't got the money refund to my account. I will be reporting this company to commerce commission and this is not acceptable practice given they claim the company have over 100 years reputation. disgusting!!!
