★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not the one who normally writes a review, but i think the people have the right to know what kind of lawyers work here. Its a shame giving you 1 star because even that is so very undeserved.
I had a case before the employment court in relation to a unfair dismissal which i ended up winning, due to being truthful throughout my whole case, Bell Gully were acting for the company (JB Hi-FI), the way they (Liz Coats and Charlotte Joy) conducted their whole case against me was unethical, unethical in a sense they tried persuading their own witness to make a false statement, which in NZ law is called perjury and is a offence and should be punished for that, and perhaps should even go to the Law society for their misconduct, it was lucky that one of their witness refused to make such a statement and ensured only the truth was said in her statement and provided under oath.
Lawyers are officers of the court, therefore they should conduct themselves in a honest and ethical manner.
That is the oath they have taken when lawyers are admitted under NZ Law.
It is disgusting to see lawyers like Liz and Charlotte practicing in NZ, it just shows to what extent they will go to try and win a case, they knew they were losing, so they stoop to such low level. It just shows they have no ethics and have sold their soul for money.
I would not recommend this company and their lawyers to act for your case unless you think that lying will get you what you want, because lying will get you no where, truth will always come out, just like it did in this case.
"TRUTH LIVES FOREVER, WHEREAS ALL LIES HAS AN EXPIRY DATE" and Liz coates all your lies together with Mikey Murray, Rod kroff, Jenna marshal and Kate fitts were caught out.
