β β β β β I go here once a month for manicure and pedicure, not too happy with my last visit. On all occasions my sns have lasted 4 weeks sometimes 5 but recent one approximately 1 week ,nail cuticles were bleeding and edges were not done up to usual standard. Otherwise they're good ?

β β β β β Went here to get my acrylics done. They did not put the acrylic on evenly, instead making it bumpy. Paint went on my fingers and cuticles, and I was left with many air bubbles. The shape was also not very good as when shaping, they filed carelessly and not straight causing all nails to look uneven.

β β β β β The first time I had my nails done from this place, service was great my nails were done soo good. My second visit was not so great the lady I had was very rude and impatient. Complaining in her langauge to another co-worker. You are supposed to cater to what the customer requests of you, that's your job.Sooo Rude, i will spend my money elsewhere.

β β β β β Got an SNS manicure and a pedicure from here. The service was great and even though it was busy, the lady did not rush my manicure. They took extra care and knew what they were doing. I'm new to Pukekohe and this will be my new go to place for manicures and pedicures.

β β β β β I went at 9.15 on a Saturday and a lovely lady called Nancy did my manicure and pedicure straight away. The leg and hand massage she gave was was very soothing and not rushed but the particular massage chair I was seated in didn't seem to be working properly and didn't do much at all. The owners may need to replace or fix.
She was meticulous and my nails look immaculate.
