β β β β β Worst service and attitude I had in my life especially in beauty. The staff responsible there was very unprofessional and stopped the service half way after doing eyebrows threading and denied to do upperlips threading as she said we are closing soon and she still has to close the till. It was still open sign and 5 mins to 5pm. A big shame...

β β β β β Worsted place to get eyebrow threading done I went in with perfectly shaped eyebrows donβt need or asked for reshaping just needing a little clean up but came out with almost no eyebrows the girl doing my eyebrows had them awfully thin and uneven , I have cuts on my eyebrows the girl thatβs doing them now doesnβt know her job sheβs ruining peoples eyebrows and money what a waste.. please donβt go and get anything beauty related done there youβll waste your money and might look even worse coming out of there donβt waste your time people

β β β β β I went to get my eyebrows threaded, I asked only for a tidy up and not to change the shape or thin them. The lady then made my eyebrows far too thin, shortened ONE of them so itβs not even the length of my eye, and they donβt even match. Cried the whole way home.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

β β β β β My elderly mother was transformed by Sandy. Even though she was very busy when we arrived (walk in), she welcomed us with a friendly smile and made us feel important. My mother hasn't had a professional hair cut in 3 years. She walked out a different person and it has made a big difference to how she feels about herself now.
Sandy was very focused on what she was doing and my mother, giving her a professional consultation before her magic skills went to work. Sandy takes pride in her work and that is very evident with the top-class cut and blow wave she gave Mum. She is very dedicated and meticulous about her work. Top-class stylist. This experience brought tears to my eyes and it has made a big difference to my 83 year old mother. Big thanks Sandy. You are an asset to Freedom Hair. Will be back
