★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shella was fantastic such a lovely lady and extremely helpful ? I will be traveling the 1.5hrs to see her again for my eyebrows!! I do think that the team would benefit from having a reclining chair (one maybe from H & J's so can be marketed as part of the store) as it must be tough for the girls to do their job whilst the client is seated on a stool.. shella done a 5 star job considering I am not good at sitting still. Just think it would be nicer for shella, she deserves it !

Really good at explaining what she is doing and making sure you get the look you are after. She always offers to use concealer to make sure you can pop in at any time of the day. She’s super friendly and I will definitely keep coming back!
